Aayurveda Emerging as an Immune System Medicine during covid-19 around the world || tindit India

History of aayurved tells us it is come from God to human being. Some sources  tells us modern form traced around 6000 BCE. It is orally circulated from generation to generation.It is also discussed in our _veda_.Dhanwantari is   known as God Of aaryuveda incarnated himself in as kashi King and thought this knowledge to group of students ( charak, sushrut and many others).Aaryuved is totally based on _nature_ and it's most of medicine from plants leaf,stem, wood,natural minerals such as iron, gold etc.The best thing about aaryuvedic medicine is that it no any side effects on any organs of body mostly. It deals not only with symptoms of particular disease but also kill root cause of disease. Most of the precautions about food habits during illness is taken from Aayurved.

Aayurved medicine are also depend on habit of person such as for vegetarians, medicine made from plants products and for non-vegetarians , some times use animals.According to aaryuvedic doctors (Vaids)

According to Aayurved every disease originate from disbalance between _three dosa(Pitta, waat, cough)_. If these three are balance then person are healthy.

It considers body is made up of earth, water, fire, air and ether.

In this system of medical science it is considered as in a whole body eight prestigious thing present named as Astdhatu which are _plasma (rasa), blood (rakta), muscles (māmsa), fat (meda), bone (asthi), marrow (majja), and semen (shukra).

Aayurveda has eight ways to diagnose illness, called Nadi (pulse), Mootra (urine), Mala (stool), Jihva (tongue), Shabda (speech), Sparsha (touch), Druk (vision), and Aakruti (appearance).

Aayurveda are decided in eight parts:-

1. Kayachikitsa:- It is genral disease of body such as fever etc.

2.SalyaTantra:- It described surgical methods and precautions.

3.Kumarabhrtya:- It is related to child and there mother or pregnant women as name suggests.

4.Shalakyatantra:- It is basically known as ENT  in modern era.

5.Bhutavidya:- It handle psychological problems of human . In ancient times people thinks it results from bhoot/pret but aaryuved deals us as a problem.

6.Agadatantra(Toxicology):- It is related to anti-Toxic for external toxic such as snake , any poisonous animal attack etc.

7.Rasayantantra:- It is related medicine which help people for living healthy life. It is undestand as tonic/calcium/vitamins for people.

8.Vajikaraṇatantra:- It deals with sexual energy related issues like low sperm count or fertility issue and various others issue. It is not present in effective way in allopathy system.

The modern plastic surgery, we think it is Devloped by Western countries is actually copy of our ancient knowledge of plastic surgery developed by SUSHRUTA in his book "sushrut sanhita". In the eighth century AD, Sushruta Samhita was translated into Arabic as 'Kitab Shah Shun al -Hindi' and 'Kitab-I-Susurud.,'' A statue of Surgeon Sushruta in the Royal Australia College of Surgeons, Melbourne.

Aaryuved has medicine of many disease which are not present in allopathy. In the era of covid-19 most of the governments tells to people for increase their immunity system because if immunity is strong then you can beat covid-19 if you infected from this by any means.

Indian spices such as kalimirch, azwain, dalchini, adrak, Tulsi powder are use for making kadha which is suggested by most of medical professionals for improving immunity are taken aaryuved.I don't know most of the people aware or not but Indians are spices in food unknowingly which prescribed by aaryuved. Which are help us for living healthy lifestyle.No any counter combination are present of chwayanprash which are formulated by maharshi chwayan. Which are use in every home for improving immunity.

In india , Government of India alloted a new department known as AYUSH( aaryuvedic, yoga, unani,sidha, homeopathy) for development and research of our traditional knowledge.

Most of people are said that aaryuved are very ancient method and not effective in modern era but it is not completely correct. I am agree with all problem are not solve by aaryuved but it is complement to allopathy. If we combine our ancient and modern methodology , then probability of getting good results is high. In most of Devloped countries can do this work.In keeping with the recommendations of the Chopra Committee (1948), baby steps were taken to integrate the teaching of traditional and modern systems of medicines, proposals that were later scrappedthe National Medical Commission Act, 2019 was passed in the face of much opposition from the orthodox medical community, apparently signifying political will. While an earlier proposal for a bridge course for AYUSH graduates was shelved, there is no reason why the opposition to integration of traditional and modern systems cannot be nullified, particularly in view of the vast potential of AYUSH to contribute to universal health-care in India.

The medical science quote ""prevention is better than cure"" is completely fulfilled by aaryuveda method because it tell us not about cure but also tells prevention, which is more important.
